Volunteers who we call, “ADVOCATES,” are needed in Boca Raton, Boynton Beach and Delray Beach Florida.
Many of our newest Advocates will be considered founding members and will forever be etched in all materials, mission statements and company announcements. Becoming a founding member-Advocate and supporting our mission is paramount to our success.
As we embark on our journey to provide much-needed senior care services to individuals and families in Palm Beach County, we anticipate not just growth but a blossoming of heartfelt senior care advocacy. The demand for compassionate non medical senior advocacy support knows no boundaries, and we are committed to meeting that need for all seniors.

Careful Advocate Family of Senior Advocates
Welcome to the Careful Advocate family of advocates for Seniors!
Thank you for being here and your consideration. Your involvement will not only change the lives of those we care for but will be a testament to your dedication to making the world a better place, one caring gesture at a time.
We are enthusiastic to welcome volunteers, referred to as “ADVOCATES,” who align with our dedication to conscientious and considerate advocacy for seniors in Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, and Delray Beach. Join our family of senior advocates, gain knowledge, make a meaningful contribution, and assist us in enhancing senior lives for greater comfort, quality of assistance and engagement.
Admissions into our advocate family are designed to ensure that our volunteers align with the values and principles that define our family business. While we embrace diversity, we also seek volunteers who are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity, compassion, and excellence in their advocacy efforts.
Application Procedure: Aspiring senior advocates must submit a Careful Advocate application detailing their background, professional history, and a statement demonstrating their alignment with the Careful Advocate ethos. This initial stage enables us to grasp the distinct perspectives and experiences each applicant may contribute to our mission. Additionally, it provides you with an opportunity to inquire about who we are and gain insights into our family.
Review and Evaluation:
Our admissions committee carefully reviews each application to assess the applicant’s qualifications, ethical standards, and dedication to promoting careful advocacy. We consider factors such as professional accomplishments, previous or current volunteer involvement, community involvement, and a demonstrated commitment to positive social impact.
Interview Stage:
Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview to further evaluate their suitability for the Careful Advocate family. This provides an opportunity for the applicant to articulate their advocacy philosophy, discuss relevant experiences, and engage in a dialogue about the values that drive their commitment to careful advocacy.
Decision and Welcome:
Following a thorough review process, the admissions committee will make a decision regarding each applicant. Successful candidates will receive a warm welcome into the Careful Advocate family and will be provided with guidance on integrating into our family.
While we strive to welcome a diverse range of advocates, please note that not all applicants may be admitted. Our goal is to maintain a family of advocates who share a deep commitment to careful advocacy and the betterment of the treatment, care and support of seniors residing in Boca Raton, Boynton Beach and Delray Beach.
