Any dispute arising from the website and your use of our services will be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, except to the extent preempted by U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles (whether in Florida or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. Whether disagreements arise among members, clients, contractors, volunteers, or any other party involved, our commitment to transparent and compassionate care extends to the resolution of conflicts.
Voluntary Mediation:
Disputes that may arise within the realm of our non-medical care services are ideally addressed through voluntary mediation. Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution process where an impartial mediator facilitates communication between parties to reach a mutually agreeable resolution.

When you utilize our services, you understand and agree that in the event any executive, advocate, employee, contractor, or affiliated service provider is requested to participate in a deposition, mediation, or any pre-court, court or court proceedings, you are responsible for covering travel time, expenses, room and board, along with a rate of $250.00 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. An agreed-upon estimated retainer amount must be paid in advance of participation, and the final bill will be presented for refund or payment within 24 hours, with payment required within the subsequent 24 hours. Late payments will incur an 8 percent interest charge.
