We offer free, confidential managed care and support services on behalf of Seniors in Boca Raton, Boynton Beach and Delray Beach, Florida.

Careful Advocate possesses a group of skilled and well-informed volunteer senior advocates ready to assist you with any non-medical care services. We ensure seniors can explore their options and make optimal decisions.

We understand that choosing senior advocacy managed care and support services is an essential decision. There are many factors to consider, such as the type of care you are receiving, the type or location of the facility or home where you currently residing at or moving to, and the dynamics of care and support in general. We can help you understand many of these factors and help make the best decisions

Our senior advocate managed care and support services are free, confidential, and you are under no commitment. As your senior advocate, an experienced and knowledge second set of eyes and an additional mind, we are here to assist you every step of the way. Nevertheless, please note that we operate on donations and provide managed care and support services.

Please be advised, we are unable to cover your expenses, costs for supplies, fees for service providers you hire, transportation and  or make decisions regarding what you may owe to others. If you request us to incur expenses, costs or fees on your behalf, we would prefer you NOT to do so, but if deemed entirely necessary, we will only undertake such responsibilities with your written approval and must be paid in advance, plus transaction fees.

If you require specialized assistance from our advocates for exceptional situations, the assigned advocate may be requested to extend beyond their regular working hours. During such instances, we would highly value your donation. A minimum donation of $95.00 is suggested for advocacy services covering up to three consecutive hours per day. If your situation necessitates additional hours, we encourage you to consider contributing funds for three-hour increments.

No Cost Senior Care and Support Services

Being a non-medical senior advocacy service provider, we extend our assistance by offering managed care and support during challenging or complex situations. It’s crucial to understand that although our resources and personnel are available most of the time, we make every effort to be there for you when you require support.

To enhance our commitment to no-cost senior services, we also offer a donate-pay-for-care and support services option for those who cannot wait in line for the next available advocate. While most of our no-cost senior services are typically performed within a week or two, certain situations demand immediate attention. We encourage you to reach out to us via email, detailing your needs. Our senior advocates, on call, diligently respond to emails between 7:30 am and 9:00 pm every day, ensuring a swift and thoughtful reply. If you are reading this before or after hours, we encourage you to send an email anyway, as we could be online to assist you.
